Sounds Fantastic
I have an older Yamaha Receiver, that all of a sudden would not display anything on my TV not even the receiver's on-screen menu. I talked to Steve who offered a couple of different solutions instead of trying to sell me a new reciever.The factory reset he suggested worked and resolved my issue. So kudos to Steve and his knowledge and saved me some $$$.I will recommend Sounds Fantastic to anyone, and when I get to replace my speakers, I know where they will come from.

Absolutely one of my favourite places to shop. I've been a Sounds customer for years, and I will always continue to be. Every experience I have had has been nothing less than spectacular. The staff is extremely knowledgable, and never once have I ever felt pressured to buy. I've recommended Sounds Fantastic to as many friends and family members as possible. If you're in the market for anything from Furniture, to Audio/Video... Sounds Fantastic the first place I'd recommend!

Great atmosphere, no pressure sales staff who are highly knowlegeable and helpful. Price matching, optional delivery and installation for very reasonable fees. Absolutely will do all my audio/video business here! And they just added high end furniture too!

I have made quite a few purchases at Sounds Fantastic and recommend them to all my friends and family! I've been going to this store for years, it has changed its look inside many times over the years but that hasn't affected the awesome service you get when you walk into the store, the product they sell is usually the top of the line, so you will get the best product and service you can possibly get, they're knowledge in there area of expertise great if you don't understand technology they well explain so you can make the best choice for your home entertainment needs. If it's home automation you need, they can hook you up. Drop in or someone is always ready to help over the phone.

By far the best place for electronics and even furniture in town. You won't find more knowledgeable staff in a 500km radius. They always make sure you understand your products, and their furniture is beautiful. They also sell appliances which I will be purchasing from them when I need a replacement. If you think you can find better value anywhere intl town, you are wrong. They have the same price and add the best service. Don't purchase anywhere else before you visit them.

I've had nothing but great experiences buying at Sound Fantastic. Any time I've bought there (which I do for all my Home Theatre needs) I felt like the staff were friendly and would do anything they could to meet my needs.I prefer to buy from a local shop than a big box store when possible. The prices at Sounds are on par will chain stores but have the added value of the staff have a level of professionalism and knowledge you simply can't find at a big box retailer.

My home theater literally sounds fantastic!Definitely can't go wrong with Sounds Fantastic at all. I had big dreams for my home theater that just didn't quite work for the size of the space with what I wanted. They actually worked with me to get what would be optimal for my space - even if it meant I was spending less money!Completely honest folks that just want you to be happy with your home audio. And happy I am! Everyone I spoke with were all very knowledgeable and understood my needs even if I didn't fully understand what it was I needed.Can't recommend this place enough, the final product is amazing and I'll definitely be enjoying it for years to come. Whenever it's time for an upgrade, I know where I'll be going.
